Water Damage Restoration in Trabuco Canyon, CA

We did the inspection Master bathroom, hallway, dining room, 1/2 hall bathroom, master bedroom, and M closet are affected Materials affected are drywall, baseboards, carpet, padding, tack strips, door trims, doors casings, vanity, cabinet, framing, and insulation.

Asbestos testing will be needed for exterior walls in all affected rooms. I will attempt to dry all interior walls in place but exterior walls will have to go.

Yesterday 04-21-21 we manipulate furniture out of the affected rooms then we remove all affected baseboards carpet and padding built containment and set up equipment (4DH, 2AFD & 12 AM). Please see the work scope for details, I Sent documents to tech docs.

We will have to stop by today to check moisture levels, remove door trims door casing, and detach vanity and cabinet from the hallway.
