Water Heater Water Damage in Irvine, CA

About two weeks ago neighbor’s(42 Cartier 20-1310) contractor damaged the water heater which caused a flood in his unit in the downstairs closet which backs up to the neighbors where the water heater is. HO said there is lots of mold on the wall and water damage.
