I had a major leak and Service First responded with remediation quickly. Once everything was dried out, I was anxious to repair the walls, carpet and baseboards. I worked with Matt and he went above and beyond and kept me updated on the process. Miguel and another associate did the work on my condo and it looks great. Miguel did another job for me last year as well. They were prompt, efficient, clean, professional, polite and finished ahead of schedule on the day of work.
Fredy and Bryan spent the past 2 day's painting my condo after my recent re-pipe. They arrived on time covered my floors, cabinets and furniture and when the job was completed cleaned everything up. I highly recommend these gentleman.
I was in a panic until Edgar arrived. He explained everything that would be done. He called and talked my condo insurance claim adjuster. He explained what the damages involve. He then began the hard work of carrying big machines through out my place. It was super hot and he never stopped working to even drink some water. This man is one of the hardest workers i've ever see. You are so fortunate to have him on your team.
Our condo had some water stains appear and we reported it to our HOA. They fixed the roof and then called Service First to schedule a time to come and assess the repairs. Adrian reached out and was very accommodating to my schedule. He and Manny arrived right on schedule, and even called me 30 min before arriving so I would know their exact arrival. They were both friendly and professional - put on booties and were very careful when moving around the area and using their ladder as to not scratch the walls or flooring. They explained everything to me and were quick and efficient. We have to wait for HOA approval before scheduling the work, so I will update my review once the work is complete. I've dealt with restoration companies before and I was a bit worried since I wasn't able to be the one to choose which company we used. But now that I've met Adrian and Manny, I'm glad my HOA uses ServiceFirst.
This company did a fabulous job in treating the water intrusion due to a slab leak in my condo. Edgar Ortiz was incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous in his approach to solving the problem. His coworker, Juan, did a very careful removal of the parts of my bathroom that needed disassembly to allow drying of the area of the leak behind the vanity. Another coworker, Manny, was also very helpful. Sally in the office coordinated the work in a very friendly and helpful fashion. Just a great
team. I was lucky they were available to help me.

This is an excellent restoration company. I would recommend you to anyone in need. Danni is so helpful and great customer service skills. Mario was professional and took care of the quote for the Property Manager and Association to approve. He was thorough. Caesar was so polite, good worker, efficient and did a good job in a timely manner. He came ran and got the drywall and paint was back quickly. You got a good technician keep him!
First I must say that I did not choose ServiceFirst but my HOA sent them out to repair a hole in my master bathroom ceiling from an old roof leak. I'm so glad they did! Beginning with Dani who called me to schedule the inspection/repair to Tadeo who did the repair, they were so kind, polite and accommodating. Tadeo did an excellent job on the ceiling and cleaned up the area nicely. I would recommend that you give them a call for any repairs you may have.
I had a sewer backup after being away on business. Thankfully I came home when I did but had sewer water pool in my laundry room. ServiceFirst came out to check the water damage and dry out the laundry room. They were very friendly, and quick to get things going to resolve this nightmare. I had constant communication from Matt and he was my advocate for corresponding with the HOA since I live in a townhome it it was the main that backed up. Elias was knowledgeable and quick to remove the drywall, baseboards, insulation that were damaged and was able to dry out my laundry room in a few days. I'm really happy to go with ServiceFirst and would highly recommend using them if you have an unfortunate situation happen to you.
I bought my condo a year and a half ago and haven't moved in. My condo has been giving me problems...leaking roof, burst slab leak on the second floor that bowed my sub flooring, flooded into my cave area that I didn't know about for weeks. My HOA sat on my water issues (in their jurisdiction) for 7 months because like most HOA's, they fail. I felt stuck. Couldn't afford a lawyer, couldn't get the HOA to move an inch on mitigation or repair. It was a nightmare. When I finally got connected with Shawn...he pretty much took over the repairs and restoration of everything side barring my HOA's lack of any initiation. His famous words " yeah, easy, we can do that '. He's been super fun to work with always making it work to get my house to a place that I envision it to be and making all my last minute crazy home reno ideas possible. Juan and his partner that have been working on my condo as well, are the hardest workers and are great at their craft. My condo is finally coming together, still work in progress but I finally feel like I'll be able to move in sooner than later.
Very satisfied, we had celling water leak damage from rain and HOA sent this company, 2 guys came to work on few hours and very thoughtful and careful, impressed!
My roof leaked and the HOA selected ServiceFirstRestoration. The demolition was pretty seamless for me. Brandon and associate got to work quickly, explaining the process as they went along.
Friendly, caring and efficient. No complaints. I do hope my HOA can select their bid to finish the drywall repair. I loved the fact they were able to leave fan and pick it up on a schedule that was great for me. Good service.

We sustained water damage to the wall, floor, carpet, and cabinets during the rains this winter when the gutters failed. The HOA gave the work to ServiceFirst. I could not be happier with their courteous and professional handling of the restoration work. Jerry, the estimator, is an expert and was willing to patiently answer all our questions. Roger, the case manager, communicates promptly and is responsive, and Edgar did a first class job drying out everything. We had restoration work several times in the past. It was never done this well. We got the Rolls Royce treatment.

Third Slab Leak and Service First to the Rescue. They showed up same day to start the restoration. Once we were all dried out they tore down in one day! I've hired other companies and this one is lights out, hands down the best! Thanks Service First for your stealer service. But I'm hoping to never see you again.

They made sure that we understood everything and went all above and beyond of their job. They were honest with the timeline and on time when it comes to appointments. One of my friends in Orange County had a broken pipe that flooded their home earlier this year. They called me for a referral and I passed them over to Christian at Service First. Stephen at Service First was dispatched to me for a quote by my condo association to me after my home suffered ceiling damage from a roofing repair job (the damages were from a different contractor, not service first).
Stephen was very punctual and professional. He quickly assessed the damage and sent the quote over to my HOA management company the same day. The quote was fair and honest and my management company approved it the following day.
The repair was done same week and was complete within 2 hours.
I really like the follow up that I received after the work was done. It was important to Stephen that the work was satisfactory to me. It is also equally important to me that a contractor cares enough to check in with homeowners after a job is done.
More importantly it's heartening to know that service first tracks and document work order history. These guys really set the bar in this industry and I would totally feel at ease knowing that I can count on them to get the job done.
While my brother was out of the country, we discovered a pipe had burst and flooded his entire house. The insurance agent advised he would contact a restoration company and within ten minutes I received a phone call from Lorraine with ServiceFirst Restoration. She assured me someone would meet me at the house before the end of the day. She kept me informed throughout the day and fully explained the process and what to expect when the crew arrived. Her friendly personality helped ease the stressful situation.
Lorraine was helpful, professional, and provided amazing customer service! She also followed up with me the next day and continued to keep me updated. I couldn't have asked for a better rep!
Also, Jesus and his crew were also great! Jesus walked me through the house and thoroughly explained the plan. Since the damage was more than anticipated - the crew worked late into the night and returned first thing the following morning. Jesus assured me the goal was to work quickly and efficiently to help prevent any further damage to the house.

We had a slab leak that had been apparently been leaking for some time. Needless to say it caused a lot of damage to our wood flooring, base boards, and dry wall. I called ServiceFirst after reading their reviews and yelp and was not disappointed. Within a few hours after the pipe was repaired Eric arrived just a promised to provide an on the spot estimate. He then immediately plugged in the air cleaner and had his team, Reese and Enrique, out in 2 days. Reese and Enrique were great and had the whole job done within a few hours. They were efficient, quick and overall incredibly pleasurable to work with. Stephen was out the next morning to estimate the repair work. The entire ServiceFirst team made a very stressful situation a little easier to deal with. Thank You!!

We came home from a two day vacation to find that our living room was under water. We immediately turned off the water and called a plumber who was able to fix the leak. I had no clue who to call to fix this mess so I jumped on Yelp and found Service First Restoration. I liked that the owner responded to every review so I called them up. These guys came out the next morning and took over. Jesus explained the whole process like I was a 5 year old (I asked him to do this) and they had us getting dried out in no time. I was so impressed with the way they handled the clean up I decided to use them for the restoration as well.
This is where Stephen came in and took control. From the very beginning he was awesome. He answered every dumb question I threw at him (and there were a bunch) with patience. He called/showed up when he said he would which was appreciated. Actually, everyone who worked on our place was on time. Communication was great. He dealt with our insurance and explained every step of the way. I hate dealing with these kind of things so I thank him for that. Everything was restored to normal and we now have a new tile floor as well.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Service First Restoration again. In fact, we are going to tile our stairway and upstairs hall and this is the first company I will be calling.

I had a pipe burst at my place of business and there was 2" of water all over the place. Stressed out to say the least.
Reese was the manager assigned to the case and he and his co-worker were great. Excellent interpersonal skills, explained it all, and was quick and concise in setting all the fans and dryers up.
At first, Reese felt that because of the damage, drywall replacement was likely going to be necessary. But because they were so quick about getting the dryers and dehumidifiers placed, and also placing them in the correct spots - the drywall ended up not having to be replaced! A huge savings that I have Reese to thank for. Without knowing anything about moisture, i feel that some companies could have taken advantage of the situation and gone ahead and "needed to replace the drywall."
Reese's follow up was great. Ensuring that everything was satisfactory on my end.
After the whole flood experience, I noticed that the power to my A/C thermostat controls lost power. I wasn't even sure if this was something that was caused by the flood and the heat from the dehumidifiers, but (because i don't know anything about electrical) I called Reese to ask him if he could come and take a look at it. This was after we had settled and finished the job. In true Service FIRST fashion, Reese drove all the way down from Mission Viejo, to Fountain Valley to take a look at my electrical switch board and fixed the problem - fixing my A/C unit just in time for a heat wave.
