Mold Remediation in Lake Forest, CA

One year ago HO had a water leak in upstairs bathroom which caused damage to dining room /stairway ceiling area. No pipe leak. Was the sealant around the steamer in the shower where caused water seeping through the ceiling into the downstairs area. At that time HO had a mold inspection done (report in drop box) and tested negative for asbestos.
