Roof Leak Water Damage in Laguna Beach, CA

H/O requested inspection for water damage due to roof leak; she may approve to get started today. David Solis is going out to tarp the roof until the roofer can get out there. Ceiling in Master Bedroom is the only drywall that is wet. I set up 2 AMs and 1 DH. ADMIN: pls schedule S/C and ceiling demo of a 3X3 for Thursday. Dry or not we are still cutting. No testing needed they have used us before for same areas as last time.
