What Is the Superhero Award?

The Superhero Award recognizes one outstanding employee within your company who consistently demonstrates:

  • Outstanding customer service
  • Going above and beyond for coworkers and clients

This is not about job titles.

It’s about impact.

The person your office could not imagine being without.


How It Works

Step 1

Employees nominate a coworker they believe deserves recognition.

Step 2

Nominations are reviewed by the ServiceFirst team.

Step 3

One special employee will be selected as the Superhero Award Winner and recognized publicly.
